This role sits at the intersection of creativity and execution—you’ll take ideas from concept to market and iterate based on real performance.
You’ll own campaigns end‑to‑end: messaging, channels, testing, and optimization. The goal is simple—turn ideas into growth and learn quickly from what works.
We already have strong organic growth. Marketing is the accelerant—not the foundation. The opportunity is to take what’s working and scale it with precision and creativity.

On “AI-native”:
This isn’t about buzzwords. It means using AI to increase speed, quality, and iteration—how you build, test, and learn across campaigns.
This role is for someone who wants full ownership and is motivated by seeing their work directly impact growth.
What we’re looking for
4–7 years in B2B marketing
You’ve owned campaigns, not just contributed to them
Strong writer—clear, concise, and conversion‑focused
Hands‑on with HubSpot or similar tools
High agency—you don’t wait for instructions
Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, low‑structure environment
What matters in this role
Output: how much you ship
Quality: how well it performs
Ownership: how independently you operate
