Strategic Business Development Executive
Remote, USA – eligible candidates must be based on the West Coast, California state. Must travel as needed.

Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through inbound and outbound efforts.
Engage with marketing-generated leads and proactive outreach.
Apply the MEDDPICC framework to qualify opportunities and navigate complex sales cycles.
Manage pipeline activity and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Own end‑to‑end sales process, including proposals, pricing, and closing.
Represent Everway at virtual events and industry engagements.
Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to align on customer needs.
Contribute to team planning, strategy sessions, and continuous improvement.
Stay informed on market trends and competitive positioning.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records of all sales activity.
Build and manage long‑term customer relationships across extended sales cycles.
Share regular updates on pipeline health, growth trends, and key wins.
Qualifications
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within a SaaS environment.
Proven success in generating new business and consistently hitting targets.
Strong relationship‑building skills and a customer‑first mindset.
Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting through close.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Desired Criteria
Experience selling digital products or services.
Track record of driving revenue growth across multiple industries or verticals.
Familiarity with the MEDDPICC framework.
Experience building a professional brand and network on platforms like LinkedIn or Twitter.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
