Regional Business Development Manager (Texas)

The Regional Business Development Manager (Texas) is responsible for developing and strengthening B2B relationships across the Texas market. This role is focused primarily on local and regional clients, supporting organizations with properties and operations throughout Texas that require disaster response, mitigation, and restoration services. This position plays a key role in expanding LEMOINE's regional presence in the restoration industry by building trusted relationships and driving growth with businesses that value preparedness, rapid response, and execution during critical events. While the primary focus is Texas-based clients, this role will also support national business development efforts when those clients have an existing or growing footprint within Texas. Additionally, this position will be expected to deploy to disaster-affected areas to support existing clients, assist operations, and generate new business opportunities during active response efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and win local/regional B2B work (water, fire, mold, storm, reconstruction) across Greater Houston.
Build relationships with property managers, facility/risk leaders, brokers, and owners; drive referrals and pipeline.
Conduct site walks, scopes, proposals/estimates; negotiate MSAs and service agreements; manage RFP/RFQ responses.
Maintain CRM, forecasting, and hit revenue/gross margin targets.
Attend Disaster Specific Industry events, Conferences, Expos to bolster networking and open doors for future clients. Represent the Lemoine Brand and sell 1 Lemoine services.
Day-to-Day Blue-Sky Operations (Houston)
Oversee intake-to-closeout for awarded projects; coordinate with operations on scheduling, crews/subs, and logistics.
Ensure quality, safety, documentation, and client communication; assist with job costing/estimates as needed.
Leverage Houston vendor/municipal knowledge to expedite permits and execution.
National/Regional Accounts
Coordinate service delivery and reporting for National/Regional Accounts active in Houston and nearby Texas markets.
Meet SLAs/KPIs, manage portals/QBRs, and support onboarding/expansion of assigned programs.
Disaster Response & Field Support
Participate in pre-event planning and readiness; maintain on-call availability.
Deploy to disaster-affected areas (primarily Texas) to support clients, assist operations, and develop new opportunities.
Represent LEMOINE on-site during CAT and large-loss events.
Collaboration & Market Intelligence
Partner with operations, estimating, and leadership to ensure seamless handoffs and execution.
Track Houston/Texas market trends and competitor activity; represent LEMOINE at industry events.
Performance Metrics
Houston/Texas client acquisition and revenue growth
Pipeline health and close rates
Retention and expansion within regional and national accounts
Disaster-response-related revenue contribution
Accurate, timely CRM utilization and updates.
Qualifications Required
3-5+ years B2B sales/BD; experience with local or multi-site businesses (Texas preferred)
Working knowledge of restoration/mitigation (water, mold, fire, reconstruction)
Independent, cross-functional collaborator; strong communication and negotiation
Willing to travel frequently and deploy on short notice during events
Preferred
Direct disaster restoration/mitigation/emergency response experience
Established relationships within Houston/Texas commercial, industrial, or multi-site clients
Experience with MSAs, service agreements, RFP/RFQ processes
CRM proficiency
