Production Manager

Oversee daily operations and scheduling across multiple production departments such as assembly, fabrication, machining, paint, and welding.
Ensure all departments meet or exceed production goals and performance targets.

Minimum 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in production settings.
Strong knowledge of production processes, continuous improvement practices, and safety standards.
Proficiency in ERP systems and standard office software tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
