Role Description
This is a part‑time, on‑site role based in Taos, NM, for a Graphic Designer. The role involves developing compelling graphics and designs, creating logos and branding materials, and working with typography to produce visually appealing imagery for both print and digital platforms. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to ensure consistent visual identity across all projects and publications.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design

Experience with Logo Design and Branding

Strong knowledge and application of Typography

Familiarity with industry‑standard design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

Ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visual concepts

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Degree in Graphic Design, or BFA, or equivalent experience

Previous experience in advertising or newspaper environment a plus
