Marketing Coordinator

IPS Cash, Nashua, NH, USA

Job type: Full Time

Step Off the Bench. Step Into the Game. The best contributors don't wait for someone to hand them the ball — they show up ready to run a play, execute the assignment, and make everyone around them better. At IPS Cash, we move fast, keep score, and hold ourselves to a high standard. We're looking for a Marketing Assistant who treats every task like it matters because here, it does. This is not a role for someone who needs a long warm-up period or a detailed playbook for every situation. This is for the person who studies the game, learns the system, and performs when it counts.

Responsibilities

You will support marketing function across multiple brands and channels in a fast-moving real estate business. Your job is to execute the playbook with precision, keep the ball moving, and make sure nothing drops.

Learn how we operate and execute our way — not reinvent the wheel.

Communicate proactively and keep projects on track.

Track outcomes, maintain dashboards, and ensure leadership can trust the numbers.

Operate independently once the play is called.

Your First 90 Days

Own daily and weekly tracking, reporting, dashboards, and follow‑up.

Build and maintain reports that leadership can rely on without double‑checking.

Drive communication between internal teams and vendors — clear updates, deadlines, next steps.

Support marketing operations: collateral, wearables, print, business cards, scheduling, internal handoffs.

QA and test forms, tracking, and lead attribution.

Take over social media management and review responses.

As You Prove Yourself

Shadow vendor meetings and learn accountability management.

Research new tactics or vendors and bring data‑backed recommendations.

Lead defined projects — collateral refreshes, vendor transitions, wearables, and more.

Identify lead‑generation optimizations based on performance data.

Qualifications

A genuine generalist — you adapt quickly and take on whatever's in front of you.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive by nature.

Coachable — you work within the system and find ways to make it better.

Someone who owns their deadlines and their follow‑through.

Self‑sufficient — you figure things out before asking.

How You Work With Others

Clear, professional communicator across all formats.

You can navigate different personalities without losing momentum.

You take direction well and collaborate without friction.

You come with solutions attached.

What You Bring to the Tools

Fluent in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, dashboards, and project management platforms.

Quick to pick up new CRMs.

You QA your own work — you test before it goes out the door.

How You Read the Numbers

Data isn't background noise — you actually read it.

You can identify patterns, interpret results, and communicate them clearly.

You hold yourself accountable to the numbers.

How You Use AI

AI tools are already part of your workflow — ChatGPT, automation, content, analysis.

You use them to move faster without cutting corners on quality.

You exhaust every available resource before escalating.

Not the Right Fit If

You need follow‑up reminders to get things done.

Any task feels beneath your job title.

You do your best work in slow, consensus‑driven environments.

Ops and metrics make your eyes glaze over — you see yourself purely creative.

You come in with strong opinions about how things have always been done.

Blunt, direct communication from leadership feels uncomfortable.

$65,000 yearly
