This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and compliant booking of repair orders (ROs) in CDK. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance with OEM and company policies./ppThis position plays a key role in maintaining accuracy, accountability, and timeliness in warranty claim processing across all brands./ppRequirements/pulliReview repair orders for accuracy, ensuring concern, cause, and correction are properly documented./liliVerify technician punch times, parts usage, and job lines for compliance with manufacturer and company policies./liliAccurately book compliant repair orders in CDK./liliVerify criteria required by the manufacturer./liliCommunicate with Service Managers, Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts Departments to resolve missing or incomplete information./liliMaintain an organized workflow to ensure daily and end-of-month deadlines are met./liliComplete all required manufacturer and internal training to stay current on policies and warranty expectations./liliKeep informed of all factory recalls and bulletins./liliMaintain a professional appearance and a neat work area./liliPerform other duties as assigned./li/ulpQualifications/pulliMinimum 2 years of dealership experience preferred./liliStrong understanding of warranty processes and documentation requirements./liliExperience with CDK is strongly preferred./liliHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines./liliExcellent communication and organizational skills./liliAbility to work independently and manage competing priorities./li/ul/div
