Your Responsibilities

Discover potential healthcare candidates through our proprietary platform and your own professional network
Engage with potential candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screening
Keep in touch with leads to nurture their interest and accompany them on their hiring journey
Ensure accurate and current records are maintained in our applicant tracking system
Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and secured hires from your leads
