Inside Sales Account Executive

What You'll Do

You'll be the engine behind our customer relationships: solving problems, recommending products, and helping accounts grow.
Own your accounts: Be the go-to contact for a portfolio of wholesale and jobber accounts, building trust and keeping the relationship strong.
Consult & recommend: Match customers to the right Oracle products based on their needs, buying history, and current promotions.
Keep the momentum going: Follow up on quotes, open orders, and warm leads to turn conversations into closed sales.
Grow the network: Reach out to prospective distributors, introduce them to the Oracle lineup, and guide them through onboarding.
Stay connected: Communicate proactively about new products, promotions, and company news via phone and email.
Collaborate: Work alongside marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure every account gets a seamless experience.
Hit the road (occasionally): Represent Oracle at trade shows and industry events to expand your reach and knowledge.
What We're Looking For

13 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account support. B2B or automotive experience is a big plus.
Strong communicator who can build rapport fast and keep customers coming back.
CRM-comfortable: experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Self-starter mentality with the drive to hit goals and the hustle to exceed them.
Automotive enthusiasm or familiarity with lighting, accessories, or the 12V/vehicle customization space.
Experience with jobber networks, WDs, or the aftermarket channel is a serious bonus.
