Sales cycles range from 1 to 4 months, with deal sizes varying from transactional business to mid-6-figure amounts. All leads are generated by our marketing and SDR teams./ppAs a seller, you will have a unique opportunity to be part of the multi-product organization and be exposed to co-selling and solo-selling opportunities. Your Solutions Consultant (SC) will assist you with complex projects requiring deeper technical platform knowledge. You will follow and be continuously trained on MEDDICC qualification methodology./ppWhat youll do/pulliRun sales cycles from discovery and demo to close/liliClose business and achieve quota attainment consistently/liliManage pipeline in Salesforce to progress pipeline

accurately forecast revenue/liliLeverage MEDDICC for opportunity qualification/liliBecome a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape/liliWork closely with peers across Account Executives and Account Managers team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers/li/ulpQualifications/pulliBA/BS Degree/lili6+ years of closing experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B/liliExperience carrying a $3M+ annual quota/liliExperience of success (top 10% of sales org)/liliAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment/liliExperience selling HRIS/HCM, payroll, or global payroll products/li/ul/div
