Compensation Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 + Commission ($130,000.00 - $140,000.00 OTE)
You'll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you're accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.

alongside a modern revenue stack. AI handles the prep, the sequencing, and the pattern recognition so you can focus on what matters

building relationships, running sharp discovery, and closing deals.
We work with structured sales methodology, like MEDDPICC to support high-quality deal execution. You'll advance deals with evidence, protect pricing on value, and forecast with precision. We want to help you use modern tools to become a better seller and achieve great success.
Own your territory and your number. Build and manage a focused pipeline of premium North American independent properties, targeting boutique hotels, luxury resorts, and influential single assets. Drive 710 new CSS agreements monthly by prioritizing properties without dedicated revenue management or those navigating ownership transitions. Execute proactive outreach and curated networking to turn high-value targets into a consistent net-new pipeline. Your growth is your commitment.
Hunt and build a pipeline. Lead discovery conversations that uncover commercial gaps and operational constraints, positioning CSS service tiers directly against a property's revenue goals. Deliver sharp demos and ROI narratives that resonate with Owners and GMs, confidently navigating multi-stakeholder decisions to drive deals to close. Your value-based positioning is the key to conversion.
Run a disciplined sales process. Using MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities. Use the AI Pre-Sales Agent to identify gaps before every major call. Advance deals through stage gates with evidence, not optimism. Leverage AI to make your days easier and focus on more selling time.
Use AI as a force multiplier. Leverage the Enablement Agent for call prep, discovery frameworks, and positioning. Use the Coaching Agent to surface patterns in your pipeline and win rate. Push back on the tools when they're wrong

help make the system smarter.
Become a hospitality expert. Build visibility at hospitality forums by leveraging deep expertise in independent hotel dynamics to drive demand. Lead with strategic revenue analysis to provide immediate diagnostic value, positioning CSS as a total commercial solution that aligns sales and revenue departments.
Drive results beyond net-new. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through new business and by identifying expansion and upgrade opportunities within your accounts. Partner with Product to share market feedback and influence the roadmap. Represent Lighthouse at industry events to build the brand and your network.

Who You Are:

1-3 years of sales experience in hospitality technology, SaaS, or hotel operations

with a strong preference for candidates who have sold into or worked within independent hotels.
Hands-on understanding of hotel revenue management, distribution, and commercial strategy

you can have a credible conversation with a Revenue Director or GM from minute one.
Proven high-velocity closing track record

you're comfortable managing a large pipeline and hitting ambitious monthly targets.
Excellent discovery and consultative selling skills

you listen deeply, identify real pain, and connect solutions to outcomes.
Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills and CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred).
Comfort navigating independent ownership structures and multi-stakeholder deals in high-touch environments.
Passion for the independent hotel segment
