They ensure safety and efficiency by improving processes, setting team targets, and acting as a link between employees and upper management. Supervisors are also responsible for coaching and resolving issues./ppWork Location: County Club Hills, IL/ppWork Schedule: 1st Shift Monday- Friday/ppCompensation/Benefits: Attractive annual salary of $65,000 - $82,500 plus bonus with benefits including PTO, sick time, corporate holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliPromote a safe environment for the customers product, associates, and temporary workers./liliFollows established operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current./liliProvides 100% customer satisfaction./liliBuilds a positive teamwork environment by listening and communicating with all associates./liliHelps maintain attendance and tardiness records./liliMonitors daily compliance with safety procedures./liliInvestigates accidents and prepares reports./liliProvides on-the-job coaching and training needed to ensure associate skills are maintained at desired levels./liliHelps coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for associates and temporary workers, complaints and associate concerns productivity and quality of work./liliOversee Production/Co-Pack associates./liliMaintain proper Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food grade warehouse./li/ululliHigh School Diploma or GED; BS/BA in Logistics/Supply Chain, general business relevant field is preferred; or equivalent combination of experience and education./liliAt least three years proven experience as supervisor or relevant role in a distribution, 3PL or warehouse environment./liliExperience with 5S and continuous improvement programs./liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills./liliStrong knowledge of MS Office and WMS software./liliExperience with time keeping; ADP E-time is a plus/li/ul/div
