This requires a number of capabilities including expert-level knowledge in the use of diagnostic robotics, the ability to build a team of advocates within each hospital, strong solution selling skills, and enough tenacity to ensure sales objectives are met on a consistent basis. Endoluminal Sales Managers are expected to provide an extraordinary degree of information gathering and presenting to buying teams throughout the capital equipment purchasing process./ppstrongEssential Job Duties/strong/pulliManage the complex sales process of ION Endoluminal Systems into new hospitals/liliBuild clinical and administrative support through technical presentations, executive meetings, marketing events and system test drives./liliIdentify key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales of the ION Endoluminal System within an assigned sales territory./liliEffectively manage transition of initial sale and installation to the clinical sales team to drive procedural volume and growth./liliExtensive travel, approximately 70%./liliAchieve quarterly sales targets./liliWork with the Endoluminal Sales Director to develop a sales plan for the ESMs local territory./liliBuild advocacy teams at each hospital./liliDevelop initial contact and relationship with CEO and senior hospital administrators./liliOrganize and manage the sales process./liliDevelop expert level knowledge of primary diagnostic bronchoscopy procedures./liliMake business case for system purchase./liliResolve contractual issues and coordinate system installation upon purchase approval./liliHandle all communications and administrative follow-up./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pstrongRequired Skills and Experience/strong/pulliMinimum of 5 years medical device sales experience/liliKnowledge of the endoscopy/bronchoscopy/operating room environment/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills/liliComputer literate/li/ulpstrongRequired Education and Training/strong/pulliBachelors degree required/li/ulpstrongPreferred Skills and Experience/strong/pulliCapital medical equipment sales/liliSales management experience/li/ulh3Additional Information/h3pDue to the nature of our business and the role, please note that Intuitive and/or your customer(s) may require that you show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19.
