Auto Dealer Sales Manager

Our client, a leading automotive industry organization, is seeking an Auto Dealer Sales Manager to join their team. As an Auto Dealer Sales Manager, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting dealer relationships and sales growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong selling skills, technical proficiency, and presentation abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Coppell, TX
Daily/Schedule/Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm central time. Mon

What's the Job?

Facilitate, coach, and consult with dealers to meet monthly and yearly sales objectives
Assist in dealer and customer problem resolution to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Manage dealer compliance with General Motors programs and policies
Support inventory management, including vehicle ordering and stock optimization
Conduct sales training and digital marketing support activities for dealers
What's Needed?

High School diploma or GED; Associate Degree preferred
Experience in sales and customer service, ideally in automotive or dealership settings
Strong selling, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to build relationships, influence partners, and work independently
