Your responsibilities include:
Identify prospective healthcare candidates utilizing our specialized platform along with your personal network.
Proactively engage with potential candidates to introduce them to MLR opportunities and assess their interest.
Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruitment team for in-depth evaluations.
Regularly follow up with leads to sustain their interest and support their hiring journey.
Keep accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system.
Earn commission based on the meetings you arrange, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your leads.
