Brandon Hyundai is seeking a

Full-Time Business Development Center (BDC) Agents

to join our Sales Department. This role is ideal for someone with

customer service and phone experience

who enjoys speaking with customers and wants to start a career in the automotive industry. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour plus monthly bonus!
You do

not need prior automotive experience . We are looking for someone with a

positive attitude, an outgoing personality, and strong communication skills , and we will train the right candidate.
Schedule Requirements
Full-time positions
Open and flexible availability required
Evening availability
Saturday and Sunday availability required
5-day work week including weekends
Responsibilities
Handle

incoming customer calls
Make

high-volume outbound calls
Schedule and confirm

sales appointments
Follow up with customers regarding vehicle inquiries
Provide excellent

customer service and communication
Assist the sales team by helping maintain strong customer engagement
Qualifications
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Customer service and/or phone experience preferred
Automotive BDC experience a plus, but

not required
Comfortable making

high-volume outbound calls
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
