Your Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective healthcare candidates through our innovative platform and your personal network
Initiate contact with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and evaluate their interest
Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough screening
Follow up with leads to foster interest and enhance their hiring journey
Keep precise and updated records within our applicant tracking system
Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires from your leads

Compensation Structure
