JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Program Management Lead to support a portfolio of operational transformation initiatives within the alternative investments operations space.
The role will primarily focus on overseeing a mid-scale vendor migration and operating model transition program, while also supporting several parallel initiatives, including platform/module onboarding efforts, operational process improvement initiatives, workflow implementations, and operating model assessments across multiple operational teams.
This role will also provide coverage and continuity for an existing program/design lead who will be out on parental leave during a portion of the engagement.
This individual will play a key role in driving governance, execution discipline, accountability, coordination, and delivery momentum across internal stakeholders, operational teams, technology partners, and external service providers.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-oriented, comfortable operating independently, and experienced managing multiple concurrent initiatives within complex operational environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Governance & Delivery Leadership
• Lead program management activities across a portfolio of operational and transformation initiatives
• Establish and maintain governance structures, project plans, RAID logs, reporting frameworks, status tracking, and delivery cadence across programs
• Drive accountability, execution discipline, and momentum across internal teams and external vendors
• Ensure workstreams remain aligned to timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and program objectives
• Identify, escalate, and help drive resolution of risks, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies
• Independently facilitate governance forums, working sessions, steering meetings, and stakeholder discussions
• Prepare and deliver executive-level status updates, reporting, and program communications
• Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across business, operations, technology, and vendor teams

Vendor Migration & Operating Model Transition
• Support oversight and coordination of a mid-scale vendor migration and service transition initiative
• Partner closely with vendor teams and internal stakeholders to help drive operational readiness, transition coordination, accountability, and delivery execution
• Help establish the structure, governance, reporting rigor, and operating cadence necessary to support successful delivery
• Support future-state operating model execution and implementation alignment across teams

Transformation & Process Improvement Initiatives
• Support onboarding and implementation activities related to new platforms, modules, workflows, and operational capabilities
• Coordinate operational process improvement and workflow transformation initiatives
• Support assessments of current-state operating models to identify process optimization and operational improvement opportunities
• Help facilitate discussions, clarify requirements, and drive follow-through across stakeholders and workstreams

QUALIFICATIONS
8–12+ years of project/program management experience supporting operational, transformation, implementation, or organizational change initiatives
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects or portfolios of initiatives within complex operational environments
• Strong program governance and delivery management experience, including project planning, reporting, dependency management, RAID management, and stakeholder coordination
• Proven ability to independently run programs, drive meetings/forums, influence stakeholders, and maintain execution momentum
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including experience presenting updates to leadership and executive stakeholders
• Ability to quickly understand operational processes, identify gaps or delivery concerns, and proactively drive resolution
• Experience within alternative investments, financial services operations, or related operational environments preferred
• Business analysis and requirements facilitation experience is a plus, including the ability to ask probing questions, challenge assumptions, and help teams work through operational design discussions
