Power market in the Southeast US. The ideal candidate will live in Florida, Georgia, or the Carolinas. Plan and coordinate sales programs for maximum sales volume and profitability within the equipment rental, OEM, engine distribution, and municipal water markets for all Cattron product lines. Interact with established customers to increase sales revenue. Grow market share and increase customer base with hunter attitude./ppResponsibilities/pulliProvide day-to-day coordination of customer-related business issues./liliCommunicate with all internal departments related to fulfilling customer requirements to support existing business and close on new business opportunities./liliManage opportunity pipeline through the CRM (HubSpot) website, including revenue scheduling./liliPromote Cattron products to the various markets, including but not limited to rental, dealers, OEMs, and wastewater/municipal markets./liliManage direct customer relationships to grow revenue./liliCoordinate activities with customer service teams to maximize our ability to close on new business opportunities./liliMaintain accurate and up-to-date records and files on all accounts, including sales, data, quote records, and customer contacts./liliWork with Cattron engineers and product management to develop custom products for specific customer needs./liliAttend sales meetings and conferences./liliTravel as needed for communication and interaction with customers./liliProvide accurate and timely updated marketing and sales forecasts./li/ulpRequirements/pulliLive in the territory, ideally Florida, Georgia, or the Carolinas./liliKnowledge of Windows applications./liliProven sales performance record, preferably with diesel engine background./liliTechnical background./liliExcellent communication skills, both written and oral./liliMust be fluent in English; other languages preferred depending on assigned area./liliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment./liliAbility to travel frequently./liliValid passport./liliValid drivers license and good driving record./liliTravel up to 60%/li/ulpEducation / Experience/pulliMinimum 5 years of sales experience; equipment rental, OEM, engine distribution, or municipal water market background preferred./liliBachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience./li/ulpAs an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer, Cattron does not discriminate in hiring or in the terms and conditions of employment because of an individuals race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, veteran status, arrest record, citizenship, or other categories protected by federal, state, or local laws.
