Your Role


Seeking a collaborative, upbeat Senior Graphic Designer with 5–7 years of experience (ideally in retail) who brings both strong craft and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Reporting to the Senior Art Director, this role is responsible for concepting and executing store windows, in‑store Beauty and Lingerie marketing, direct mail, and a range of print initiatives. Core responsibilities include designing marketing assets, preparing final production files, and leading the creation of in‑person presentations—printing, trimming, mounting, and helping set up the mock store for leader reviews.


This role partners closely with creative leads, retouching, visual merchandising, copywriting, traffic, and production teams to bring campaigns to life. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment and brings a positive, can‑do attitude to every project.


Your Impact



  • Support the team in the design, concept, and execution of in‑store marketing needs

  • Prepare accurate, press‑ready final files and ensure smooth handoff to production

  • Lead the creation of in‑person presentation materials—including printing, trimming, mounting, and helping set up mock store reviews. This person must be local to the Columbus area.

  • Collaborate closely with creative leads, retouching, visual merchandising, copywriting, traffic, and production teams.

  • Responsible for preparing marketing decks for presentations

  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while contributing fresh, thoughtful creative ideas

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines in a fast‑paced retail environment

  • Proactively identify opportunities to elevate creative work and improve processes

Minimum Salary


$84,200.00


Maximum Salary


$114,975.00


VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.


Qualifications


Your Experience



  • 5–7 years of graphic design experience, preferably within retail or a similarly fast‑paced, consumer‑focused environment

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in layout, typography, and brand storytelling

  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), with specific strength in building print‑ready mechanicals and concept decks.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Keynote (program used for all presentation decks to leaders)

  • Experience in releasing imagery for retouching a plus

  • Hands‑on experience with presentation production (printing, trimming, mounting)

  • Highly collaborative, positive, and solutions‑oriented mindset — someone who brings energy and initiative to every project

  • High communication skills and the ability to present work clearly and confidently

  • Detail‑driven, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities

  • Ability to thrive in a team‑centric environment and build strong cross‑functional relationships
