A global aerospace services organization to hire a
Sales Manager, North America
to own and grow aftermarket airline sales across the U.S. and Canada. This role is responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding aftermarket penetration with commercial operators, MROs, and distribution partners across the aviation ecosystem.
This position has direct ownership of regional sales targets and works closely with commerical airlines, internal marketing, and cross-functional teams to execute long-term aftermarket growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Own and grow aftermarket sales revenue across assigned North American accounts, including commercial operators, MROs, and distribution partners; 50% new business/ 50% maintain and grow existing
Develop account strategies, pursue new opportunities, and lead complex sales cycles from qualification through close
Build executive-level relationships with key customers through regular engagement, site visits, and strategic planning
Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics using Salesforce while providing clear reporting to leadership
Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales experience within aviation, airline, aerospace aftermarket, MRO, or related technical services
Strong understanding of aircraft operations, maintenance environments, and aftermarket spares/repairs/services
Proven ability to manage strategic accounts, buidling and bringing back relationships
Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree or APICS/CPM certification is a plus
Location:
REMOTE - travel to office in Peachtree City, GA 1 week a month, then client visits
Travel:
up to 30% - USA and Canada
Salary:
$110 - 125K base (possible flex) + 20% target bonus
