Role Summary
We are seeking a Product Owner to join the our infrastructure organization, supporting enterprise-scale deployment and cloud onboarding initiatives. This role is focused on CI/CD tooling, automation, and infrastructure enablement, serving as the bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient delivery solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with CI/CD projects in complex environments and can partner effectively with platform engineering, DevOps, security, and governance teams within a regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the product backlog for CI/CD and deployment platform initiatives
Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with cloud onboarding and infrastructure strategies
Partner closely with DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security teams
Translate business and technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities
Ensure CI/CD solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, and reliability
Drive adoption and continuous improvement of deployment platforms and tooling
Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across technology and governance teams
Measure success using KPIs related to deployment efficiency, reliability, and developer experience
Required Experience
Proven experience as a Product Owner in a software environment
Hands-on experience with CI/CD projects in a technical or infrastructure-focused environment
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and deployment pipelines
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Experience
Experience working in the banking or financial services industry
Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Harness, and OpenShift (OCP)
Experience supporting cloud onboarding efforts
Prior exposure to regulated or compliance-heavy environments
Skills & Competencies
Strong backlog management and prioritization skills
Technical aptitude with CI/CD and cloud-native tooling
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in complex, matrixed enterprise environments
Detail-oriented with a focus on scalability and reliability
