for an innovative and rapidly growing technology organization. This is a hybrid opportunity based in either San Francisco or Los Angeles.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Regional Marketing Manager, Americas will lead the execution and localization of integrated marketing initiatives across the U.S. and broader Americas region. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing, communications, growth, and commercial teams to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and regional expansion efforts within a fast-paced and evolving technology environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketing professional who thrives in high-growth, collaborative organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and execute integrated regional marketing campaigns across digital, partnerships, communications, influencer, and growth channels
Adapt and localize global marketing initiatives to align with Americas-based audiences and regional market needs
Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful campaign execution and delivery
Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights, reporting, and optimization recommendations
Support broader brand awareness, customer engagement, and market expansion initiatives
Contribute to marketing planning, messaging alignment, and go-to-market coordination efforts across regional teams
QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience leading integrated marketing initiatives within technology, SaaS, consumer technology, or high-growth startup environments
Strong background managing multiple campaigns and collaborating across cross-functional teams and external partners
Experience adapting global campaigns for regional or U.S.-based audiences
Comfortable utilizing marketing analytics, project management platforms, and modern AI productivity tools
Highly organized, adaptable, collaborative, and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive base salary in the range of $170,000-$180,000 DOE, in addition to bonus potential and equity participation. The organization also provides a strong benefits package, flexible hybrid scheduling, and the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing and innovative technology company.
