The Associate Photographer in Spokane, WA will support Homes.com and Apartments.com by creating high‑quality virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for residential homes and apartments.

Responsibilities

Capture 3‑D virtual tours and detailed floor plans using a Matterport Pro 3 camera and a digital camera kit.

Photograph residential properties for marketing purposes to attract future owners and renters.

Manage appointments and schedule visits with clients, sales associates, dispatch, and logistics teams.

Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management to evaluate priorities and initiatives.

Conduct one‑mile square grid walks to ensure complete commercial real‑estate data coverage, identifying new inventory and missing availability.

Follow CoStar safety standards to protect company vehicle and equipment.

Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

Physical Requirements

Frequent sitting, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day.

Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.

Operate camera equipment and type on a tablet or laptop with repetitive hand and arm movements.

Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying.

Work and drive outside during all seasons; work weekends on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of professional photography experience, preferably in real‑estate photography.

High School Diploma or GED required; a degree in photography is a plus.

Strong customer‑service orientation and a client‑first mindset.

FAA Part 107 certification for drone photography, obtainable within 30 days of offer.

Excellent time‑management, detail orientation, and data‑entry skills.

Strong oral and written communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and Apple iOS products.

Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
