Account Servicing Specialist — Auto Finance & Collections

Veros Credit, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist to support auto loan accounts in default, based in Ontario, CA. This position involves mediating between customers and dealers, conducting calls, and negotiating payments. Applicants should have 3+ years of consumer lending collections experience, preferable in subprime auto. Strong communication skills, ability to interpret regulations, and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish preferred. Salary is $17.00 - $22.00 per hour plus bonuses.
