Analytical & Financial Acumen: Experience defining pricing models and managing P&L responsibility

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in working across product, marketing, engineering, and business development to achieve aligned outcomes

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, able to engage with executive leadership, partners, and external audiences

Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, balancing execution with long-term strategic vision

What the job involves

We are seeking a Vice President of Consumer Products to lead sales, marketing, and business development for Blockstream’s consumer-oriented portfolio

This senior leadership role will drive go-to-market execution, build new distribution channels, and ensure the profitability and growth of Blockstream’s consumer products

Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will be responsible for strategy, execution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure Blockstream continues to lead the industry in consumer-facing Bitcoin adoption

The role involves close collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer,

Sales and Business Development: Lead all sales and business development activities for Blockstream’s consumer products, expanding adoption and market share

Pricing Strategy: Define and implement pricing models that align with profitability targets and long-term growth goals

Channel Development: Build new sales channels and affiliate programs to broaden reach and distribution

Demand Generation: In partnership with marketing, drive growth initiatives that generate demand, leads, and conversions for Blockstream consumer products

Brand Awareness: In collaboration with cross-functional teams, create awareness of consumer products across target market segments through PR, marketing campaigns, partnerships, and technical evangelism

Product Input: Serve as a primary source of market and customer requirements to guide product enhancements and new offerings

Strategic Alignment: Partner with engineering, product, marketing, and business development teams to align product, brand, and market strategies

Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as needed to support the success of the consumer business unit
