The Role
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of Industrial accounts across key European markets, ensuring strong customer engagement, retention and sustainable revenue growth. Operating within a structured account management environment, the role will focus on strengthening long-term relationships and maximising value and driving sustainable growth across an existing customer base.
The position will involve identifying growth opportunities within the portfolio, delivering application-led solutions and aligning customer requirements with technical capability. Working closely with internal engineering and R&D teams, the role requires a disciplined and data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting and account planning within a technically complex and regulated environment.
Candidates will bring proven experience in B2B sales within technical or industrial environments, with a strong focus on account management and customer retention. A consultative and structured approach is essential, alongside the ability to translate customer requirements into commercially viable solutions while building long-term partnerships across complex stakeholder groups.
