Associate Photographer - Denver
CoStar Group, a leading global provider of real‑estate information and marketplaces, is hiring an Associate Photographer (Denver). The role supports Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3‑D virtual tours, floorplans, and marketing photography for residential homes and apartments.

Responsibilities

Scan homes and apartments with Matterport Pro 3 cameras to create virtual tours and footprints.

Photograph residential properties for marketing purposes.

Use a digital camera and iPad to capture high‑quality image portfolios.

Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients, sales associates, and dispatch teams.

Communicate professionally with clients, research partners, and management.

Maintain and protect company equipment, vehicles, and adhere to CoStar safety standards.

Attend conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

When not with residential appointments, navigate one‑mile grids to identify and photograph commercial properties to maintain data coverage.

Physical Requirements

Repetitive sitting in a car, standing and walking up to 8 hours a day.

Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment up to 5 lbs.

Repetitive hand and arm movements for tablet/laptop and camera use.

Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying.

Work outside, drive during all seasons, and work weekends on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of professional photography experience.

Real‑estate photography expertise required.

Professional photography experience or a degree in photography.

High School Diploma or GED.

Strong customer‑service orientation and client‑first mindset.

FAA Part 107 license for drone photography obtained within 30 days of offer.

Excellent time‑management, detail orientation, and data entry skills.

Strong oral and written communication, organizational skills.

Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet applications and Apple iOS products.

Enjoys working independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Compensation
Hourly wage equivalent to $49k–$50k annually, plus monthly performance‑based bonuses. Position is hourly.
