Video Post-Production Manager

Leading the operational and creative aspects of the video post-production team, the full-time Video Post-Production Manager will oversee the entire post-production workflow, manage resources and timelines, and provide mentorship while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Oversee the full post-production pipeline, ensuring projects remain on schedule and aligned with creative objectives
Lead, manage, and mentor the post-production team, focusing on professional development and performance growth
Research and implement emerging post-production technologies and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and quality

Required qualifications

5+ years of professional video editing and post-production experience
2+ years of people management experience
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve for color correction and finishing
Experience managing projects and feedback through Frame.io or similar review platforms
