Role Overview
We’re looking for a Full‑Time Onsite Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content, culture, and storytelling. This person will play a key role in defining how KHOI shows up across platforms—working closely with our Visual Lead to dream up and execute campaigns that feel fresh, intentional, and platform‑native.

You’ll be equal parts creative and strategic: concepting ideas, writing copy, capturing content, engaging with our audience, and constantly pushing the brand forward. This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants to build, experiment, and make an impact.

What You’ll Do
Dream + Build Campaigns

Partner with our Visual Lead to concept bold, scroll‑stopping campaigns tailored to Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and beyond

Bring product launches, drops, and brand moments to life through social‑first storytelling

Tap into trends, cultural moments, and internet energy in a way that feels authentic to KHOI

Write + Create

Craft captions, hooks, and copy that feel sharp, engaging, and unmistakably KHOI

Help direct and capture content during shoots with a strong understanding of what performs on social

Shape and maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting to each platform

Own the Platforms

Manage day‑to‑day posting, scheduling, and optimization across all social channels

Track performance and use insights to evolve content strategy

Stay ahead of platform trends, features, and shifts

Build the KHOI Babes Community

Engage daily with our audience through comments, DMs, and interactive features

Build real relationships with our community and turn followers into loyal advocates

Create opportunities for user‑generated content and community‑driven moments

Be There IRL

Travel with the team for pop‑ups and brand activations

Capture and share real‑time content that brings our in‑person experiences to life online

Help ensure every activation feels just as strong digitally as it does physically

Grow the Brand

Bring new ideas to the table that push awareness, engagement, and growth

Experiment with formats, series, and campaigns that expand our reach

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on big‑picture brand goals

What You Bring

3–5+ years of experience managing social media for a brand (fashion/lifestyle is a plus)

A strong portfolio of campaigns and content you’ve concepted and executed

A sharp eye for what works on social and why

Exceptional copywriting skills with a distinct sense of voice and tone

A deep understanding of internet culture, trends, and platform behavior

Comfort working in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative, in‑person environment

A willingness to travel and be part of on‑the‑ground brand moments
