Job Summary

Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is currently seeking a Graphics Installer to join our team. The Graphics Installer reports to the Graphic Design Manager and is responsible for accurately and efficiently applying vinyl graphics to EMS modules meeting both quality and time expectations for the graphics application team. Activities include measuring, cutting, laminating, and applying vinyl material to painted EMS modules. Also includes but is not limited to removal of existing vinyl.
Responsibilities

Preparing the conspicuity material by taking measurements of the area to be covered and cutting it with a rotary cutter.
Installing vinyl material on EMS modules and/or other vehicle types, measuring, estimating, and preparing the surface so that it will optimally accept vinyl material.
Layout, position, and alignment of cut graphics and stripe on the vehicle using a tape measure and a squeegee.
Using wet application tools as needed for better positioning of cut graphics.
Cleaning up leftover marks, glue, and area of paper, tape, and tags.
Consistently arriving on time, ensuring responsibilities are covered when absent, and attending all mandatory meetings.
Assisting the paint department with buffing, final detail wipe down, and unit clean up duties as needed.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Work Schedule

The Graphics Installer will work Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM. Late afternoon/evening/weekend hours may be required as needed. Work schedules may change to accommodate production needs.
