Description
Design on-brand creative assets across digital and print media, including social graphics, websites, emails, paid ads, presentations, and marketing collateral
Apply and maintain established brand guidelines (typography, color systems, layout standards, visual style) consistently across all touchpoints
Prepare production-ready files for digital and print, ensuring accuracy, quality, and proper formatting
Manage quick turnarounds and multiple projects without sacrificing design quality
Iterate on designs based on feedback, performance data, and evolving campaign needs
Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices across digital, social, and print
Requirements
3–5 years of professional graphic design experience in a fast-paced, high-growth or corporate environment
Proven experience designing within established brand systems or corporate brand guidelines
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-aligned work across digital and print
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft products
Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Experience designing for web, social, email, paid media, and print
Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback quickly, and manage your own workflow
Comfortable working on-site, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
