Overview
LANE4 Property Group is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Communications Manager to lead and execute the company’s marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for elevating the firm’s brand and image, supporting leasing, investment, development, and property management activities, and driving business development through high-impact marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on while managing the department and mentoring department colleagues.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Brand & Strategy

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s business objectives

Maintain and enhance brand identity across all advertising mediums

Position the firm and its principals as leaders in the Kansas City commercial real estate market

Manage public relations for the company

Business Development

Partner with leadership and brokers to create proposals, presentations, investment memorandums, and pitch materials

Support client relationship management efforts through targeted marketing outreach

Identify opportunities to enhance visibility with investors, tenants, and industry partners

Property Marketing

Work with Marketing Coordinator to support brokers by creating and managing marketing campaigns for commercial property listings, including offering memorandums, listing brochures, signage, and email campaigns

Coordinate and execute building photography and virtual tours

Ensure all property marketing materials are accurate, compelling, and delivered on schedule

Digital & Content Marketing

Manage company websites, ensuring all content remains current

Develop and execute social media strategy on LinkedIn and Instagram

Lead the writing, layout design, and editing of various sales and marketing materials including the company’s annual market report, case studies, marketing collateral, presentations, etc.

Promotions & Events

Plan, coordinate, and execute events at retail shopping centers and project milestones such as ribbon cuttings, ground breakings, and grand openings
