Inhouse Content- & Performance-Marketer (m/f/d)
You’ll edit, publish, test, and optimize—until your content, ads, and landing pages really work.
We aren’t looking for a pure theorist or someone who just wants to “be creative.”
We’re looking for someone who can put good content into practice, analyze responses effectively, and use that to improve our marketing step by step. For us, it’s not about marketing theatrics, but about real impact: Which videos work? Which ads deliver usable results? Where do potential customers drop off on the website? What needs to be clearer, simpler, or more persuasive?
About Us
We are the Bruhn Group, comprising several companies specializing in machinery, coating, and consulting:
This position is a good fit for you if …
You like to really get things done instead of just collecting ideas.
You can work calmly, with focus, and neatly.
You want to understand why something works—not just whether you like it.
You can handle iterative optimization cycles without getting frustrated right away.
You’re not disorganized, but you’re also not so much of a perfectionist that everything takes too long.
You have a good eye for impact, clarity, and an outside perspective.
You can handle numbers, tests, costs, and clear decisions.
You take down-to-earth target audiences seriously and have no interest in artificial marketing jargon.
You enjoy delving into products, services, customer problems, and real market reactions.
You’re interested in helping build something internally rather than just working through tasks.
This job probably isn't right for you if …
You prefer to just brainstorm, but the actual implementation quickly bores you.
You enjoy creating content, but you’re reluctant to review, refine, and test it again.
You need absolute certainty before making any decision, which slows you down.
You find numbers, conversion rates, cost per result, or user behavior rather tedious.
You only want creative freedom, but have little use for clear priorities and objective evaluation.
You’re more of a classic agency type who finds many topics superficially exciting but is reluctant to delve deeply into a company’s operations.
You’re mainly an extroverted showman, but don’t enjoy focused screen work.
You value working from home. We all work together on-site as a team here, and we’re convinced that this way of working brings us more joy and, above all, productive synergies.
What technical skills you should have
Experience in at least one relevant area, such as:
Video editing
Content production
Performance marketing
Social ads
Landing page optimization
Conversion-oriented online marketing
A good understanding of how content, ads, user behavior, and conversion are interconnected.
A knack for clear, understandable, and credible communication.
A clean, reliable, and structured approach to work.
Willingness to dive deep into our company, target audiences, and offerings.
Strong written and verbal German skills.
Experience with tools in editing, ads, tracking, CRM, or website maintenance is a plus – but what matters most to us is that you think proactively and execute tasks thoroughly.
Please don’t be too hard on yourself here. If you’re unsure whether you’re sufficiently qualified, please apply anyway, and we’ll figure out together whether working together makes sense.
How You Probably Work
You’re more of a quiet type than a loud one.
You prefer to work with precision and reliability rather than in a frantic, chaotic manner.
You can think creatively without getting lost in your ideas.
You can test, evaluate, and use those insights to develop new strategies.
You’re not a nitpicker, but you’re not the type to slack off either.
You don’t need a constant spotlight to do good work.
You understand that good marketing often results from many small, well-executed improvements.
That you think proactively.
That you work meticulously.
That you want to understand impact.
That you reliably drive things forward.
That you’re willing to develop marketing not based on gut feeling alone, but on real reactions and results.
How to Apply
Please don't just send us your resume; if possible, also include brief examples of your previous work, such as:
Edited videos Advertisements or creative work
Landing pages or website projects
Brief descriptions of your role in each project
feel free to add a few sentences about how you knew something worked
Does that sound like something you'd like to look into further?
If you’re interested in taking on responsibility with us, improving our marketing step by step, and learning something new every day, we look forward to receiving your application and will get in touch with you shortly.
