3D Designer

As a 3D Designer at Creative Environments, you'll transform unique designs into stunning visual representations of our projects. Focusing on still images of backyards, site layouts, and home building, you'll embody our company's values and processes. You'll be responsible for reviewing files and documents, creating accurate visuals that capture the ideas of our designers and clients. By detailing plants, architecture, and construction elements, you'll produce high-standard, life-like visuals. Collaborating with management, you'll help clients and crews visualize construction aspects, spatial arrangements, and materials, ensuring precise and inspiring projects.Responsibilities:Collaborate with landscape designers to convert sketches & CAD drawings into beautiful and realistic renders to bring the designer’s vision to lifeUse 3D software to create visually engaging 3D designs with efficient time usageDevelop detailed, accurate models identifying all design aspectsMaintain communication with designers to verify information and provide updatesProficient in 3ds Max, Lumion, Adobe Suites, Microsoft OfficeDemonstrate critical thinking to optimize outcomes for clientsRevise plans as requested by 3D Manager, Designer, ExecutivesLearn and implement standards set for all models/renders in the 3D DepartmentOther duties may be assigned to meet business needsAssociate's degree or certification in 3D modeling, graphic design, architecture, or a related field0-1 year of experience in 3D modeling, rendering, or a related fieldBasic knowledge of industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion)A portfolio showcasing relevant work and demonstrating foundational skills in 3D modeling and visualizationStrong skills in industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion)Ensure accuracy in visual representations and adherence to designAbility to manage tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyEffective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with designers and other team membersWill seek guidance and use feedback to improve skills & deliverablesAbility to identify issues in design and production processes and develop practical solutions
