About the Role
Join a leading S&P 500 software organization at the forefront of the rapidly growing HR technology space. We are seeking a driven and competitive Account Executive who thrives in a fast‑paced B2B sales environment. This role is ideal for a sales professional passionate about generating new business, engaging with senior decision‑makers, and closing complex deals.

You will play a key role in expanding market share by building relationships with mid‑sized businesses and delivering consultative solutions that drive client success.

Key Responsibilities

Drive

net-new business acquisition

and consistently exceed sales quotas

Prospect and develop relationships with companies (50+ employees) within assigned territory

Engage directly with

C-level executives and key decision-makers

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound and in‑person meetings

Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new accounts

Support clients through implementation and go‑live process

Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s HR technology solutions

Travel up to 25% (including occasional overnight travel)

Contribute to strategic initiatives and cross‑functional projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)

Proven success in a

B2B sales environment

(full‑time, internship, or competitive selling experience)

Track record of exceeding sales targets and performance metrics

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to thrive in a

competitive, high‑performance sales culture

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

strategic or consultative selling methodologies

Proven ability to manage

complex sales cycles

involving multiple stakeholders

Experience handling multiple touchpoints across various sales channels
