GracoRoberts is hiring an

Account Specialist

to support customers throughout the order-to-delivery process. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, customer-focused, and enjoys working cross‑functionally to ensure accuracy, quality, and on‑time service.

What You’ll Do:

Enter customer orders, quotes, design projects, and sample requests into the ERP system with a high level of accuracy

Communicate pricing, order confirmations, status updates, and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

Partner with Purchasing, Quality, Technical Account Managers, and Accounting to support customer requirements and resolve issues

Monitor customer portals, maintain customer profiles, and ensure quality clauses and documentation are captured correctly

Run reports, perform order quality checks, assist with nonconformance documentation, and support timely fulfillment

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast‑paced environment

Professional communication skills (written and verbal)

Experience with ERP systems and customer service preferred

One year customer service or similar experience
