Job Description
Responsabilities:

Arrange for payment or establish payment arrangements for NAMI and self-pay clients.

Collect and facilitate Payments

Notify customers of delinquent accounts and advise on necessary actions or strategies for debt repayment.

Deliver bills to in-house residents responsible for their own payments.

Qualifications:

5 Years experience working with nursing home Medicaid eligibility requirements and regulations

Education:

Bachelor's Degree
