We design and build professional websites, content, and marketing assets for attorney clients across the country.The RoleWe're looking for a Graphic Designer who can create clean, professional designs in Figma that our WordPress developers can easily convert into high-performing websites. You'll also be responsible for selecting and preparing appropriate images that match the location and practice area of each law firm client. This role is key to ensuring a smooth handoff between design and development while maintaining high visual standards across all client projects.What You'll DoDesign website layouts, landing pages, and marketing assets in Figma that are easy for developers to build in WordPressSelect and prepare high-quality, location-appropriate images from our licensed stock photo library (avoid AI-generated imagery on client sites)Create and organize design systems, components, and style guides in Figma to support fast and consistent developmentCollaborate closely with WordPress developers to ensure designs are technically feasible andoptimized for performancePrepare image assets with proper sizing, compression guidance, and alt text recommendationsDesign social media graphics, Google Business Profile assets, and other marketing materials as neededMaintain and organize our company image libraryTools You'll UseFigma (primary design tool)Figma's AI features / Figma MakeClaude (for design assistance and prompt-based workflows)Adobe PhotoshopStock photo libraries (iStock and similar)What We're Looking For3+ years of professional graphic design experience (web-focused is a plus)Strong proficiency in Figma with experience creating developer-friendly designs and component librariesExcellent eye for selecting appropriate, professional imagery that matches client location andpractice areaExperience working directly with developers on handoff and implementationStrong understanding of web design best practices (responsive design, spacing, typography,performance considerations)Basic understanding of image optimization for web performance• Bonus: Experience designing for law firms, professional services, or highly regulated industries• Bonus: Familiarity with basic image optimization and web performance principlesWhy Join Legal Leads Group?Play a direct role in helping law firms present themselves professionally onlineWork in a collaborative environment with clear processes between design and developmentConsistent on-site schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm in Westlake Village, CACompetitive compensation and benefitsOpportunity to shape design systems and processes as the team growsHow to ApplySend your resume and a short note about why you're interested in this role to:Email: igor.k@lucrativelegal.com
