You know that true progress is made at the intersection of business and tech, and as an IT requirements analyst, you're highly skilled in both. Here, you'll have the chance to work with an agile team as they develop digital products to support your clients' most pressing missions. We're looking for someone like you to propel business analytics and processes for war, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.

As an IT requirements analyst, you'll develop leading-edge applications and systems. Partnering with your team of architects, developers, and testers, you'll identify clients' mission needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll be a key team member who helps fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll deliver high business value products to mission users.

You Have

2+ years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and management

Experience working with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements and translate them for technical teams

Experience using task management software such as Jira

Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban

Experience in software development, DevOps, AI/ML, or IT

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have

Experience with Human Resources (HR) IT systems

Experience with HR business processes

Experience creating Jira dashboards, roadmaps, and dependency maps

Possession of excellent problem-solving skills

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Scrum Master or Agile Certification

Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
