Join a globally recognized skincare and beauty leader, and help shape the future of its Makeup portfolio on a global scale .

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Global Brand Manager to drive innovation, communications, and growth across the makeup category. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll collaborate with global teams, influence product pipelines, and lead campaigns that reach millions of consumers worldwide.

Contract: 6-9 months with a possible extension

Hourly Rate: $47.08 per hour / W2

What You’ll Do

Support and help define the global makeup strategy

Identify growth opportunities using consumer insights, data, and trends

Lead development of product innovations and brand storytelling

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product launches

Drive execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, eComm, media)

Collaborate with R&D and Regulatory to develop compelling product claims

Manage creative development across packaging, content, and campaigns

Partner with global markets to ensure strong launch adoption and sell-in success

Manage and forecast global marketing budgets

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or related fields

Makeup/beauty industry experience (required)

Proven success leading cross-functional teams and agency partners

Strong experience in consumer-driven product innovation

Expertise in digital marketing and integrated campaigns

Exceptional communication, storytelling, and leadership skills

Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making ability

Experience managing budgets and forecasting

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or marketing specialization preferred
