Drives all aspects of new business development, increasing market share for company; meets and/or exceeds annual sales targets each year.
Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities
- Strategically leads the sales efforts of Company via personal interaction, phone and online resources
- Utilizes business development management tools in support of prospecting efforts
- Actively seeks and acquires new business opportunities and signings
- Maintains and expands knowledge of various markets identified as main targets of business development through personal contacts, website research, industry resources, and local media
- Maintains active participation in local organizations and groups, including but not limited to the WERC, selected regional relocation groups, Chambers of Commerce, SHRM, etc.
- Collaborates on and creates approved marketing materials and opportunities
- Creates and delivers business prospect and client presentations as identified and needed
- Develops and maintains a positive and professional working relationship with all members of the team, customers, Clients and service partners
- Accepts additional job assignments and participates in project work as requested
