Drives all aspects of new business development, increasing market share for company; meets and/or exceeds annual sales targets each year.

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities

  • Strategically leads the sales efforts of Company via personal interaction, phone and online resources
  • Utilizes business development management tools in support of prospecting efforts
  • Actively seeks and acquires new business opportunities and signings
  • Maintains and expands knowledge of various markets identified as main targets of business development through personal contacts, website research, industry resources, and local media
  • Maintains active participation in local organizations and groups, including but not limited to the WERC, selected regional relocation groups, Chambers of Commerce, SHRM, etc.
  • Collaborates on and creates approved marketing materials and opportunities
  • Creates and delivers business prospect and client presentations as identified and needed
  • Develops and maintains a positive and professional working relationship with all members of the team, customers, Clients and service partners
  • Accepts additional job assignments and participates in project work as requested
