Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Houston, TX. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to attract new clients and expand existing relationships. They will identify and pursue business opportunities, establish key partnerships, negotiate contracts, and provide consultative solutions to clients. The role also involves collaborating with the leadership team, analyzing market trends, and representing ARTEMIS EXECUTIVE PARTNERS at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation

Strong Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Sales Strategy skills

Outstanding Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Public Speaking ability

Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software

Commitment to delivering exceptional client service with a results-driven mindset

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities

Prior experience in executive search, leadership development, or consulting is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
