Digital Marketing Manager

Hybrid/ Bellevue, WA - 3 days a week onsite

Compensation: $75-90k, + equity stake

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can elevate our digital presence across web, social, SEO/AEO, email, and emerging AI‑driven workflows. In this role, you’ll manage core digital channels, execute content across formats, optimize our website, and bring a test‑and‑learn mindset to everything you do. What You’ll Do

Manage and optimize SEO/AEO across all content and site updates

Own organic social channels and support light paid social

Track performance metrics and continuously improve channel effectiveness

Write and publish blogs, social posts, newsletters, and other content

Partner with internal teams to source and activate content across channels

Maintain and enhance the website; run A/B tests to improve conversion

Support and expand video content strategy

Use AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and uncover insights

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content, or related roles

Strong writing skills across formats (social, blog, email, web)

Hands‑on experience with SEO and/or AEO

Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools

Comfort with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)

A scientific, experimental mindset—test, measure, iterate

Low‑ego, collaborative, hungry to learn, and adaptable

Curiosity about new tools, especially AI‑driven workflows
