CDP Audience Specialist (Adobe Experience Platform)

Our global pharmaceutical client is seeking a CDP Audience Specialist focused primarily on creating, managing, and activating audiences within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). This newly created role will support audience segmentation for media retargeting, website optimization, and CRM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, QA, and execute audience segments within AEP
- Gather requirements and translate them into audience creation strategies
- Activate audiences across web, media, and CRM channels
- Maintain audience taxonomy and inventory documentation
- Monitor campaign/audience performance and recommend optimizations
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) - required
- Experience creating and managing audiences within AEP
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud tools including AJO, Adobe Analytics, and CJA
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Preferred
- 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products
- Experience within enterprise digital marketing or CDP environments
