Job Description
FIKA is seeking an Influencer & UGC Marketing Intern to support the execution of influencer marketing initiatives across creator partnerships, community ambassador programs, paid and organic campaigns, PR gifting, and experiential activations.

This role offers hands‑on experience in creator research, outreach, campaign coordination, brand activations, social‑first marketing, and cross‑functional collaboration within a fast‑growing coffee, wellness, and lifestyle brand. The ideal candidate is highly organized, digitally savvy, culturally aware, and passionate about influencer marketing, creator communities, social media, and modern consumer brands.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

Research, source, and vet influencers, UGC creators, and community ambassadors aligned with FIKA’s brand across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms

Build and maintain creator outreach databases, contact sheets, and campaign tracking systems

Develop and optimize outreach messaging templates for email, social DMs, and partnership communications

Conduct creator outreach and relationship management across social and digital channels

Support day-to-day conceptualization and execution of influencer campaigns across paid, organic, and community-based initiatives

Proactively source authentic UGC that reflects strong brand alignment and lifestyle integration

Assist with creator onboarding into FIKA’s ambassador, UGC, and influencer programs

Track creator communications, deliverables, timelines, and campaign milestones

Monitor social trends, cultural moments, and emerging creator opportunities

Assist with influencer gifting, creator seeding, and product shipment coordination

Help ideate PR mailer concepts, gifting strategies, and merchandise inclusions for social-first campaigns

Support organization of creator send-outs, inventory coordination, and campaign tracking

Monitor gifting performance, creator content, and post-campaign ROI

Support planning and execution of in-store events, community activations, pop‑ups, and experiential campaigns involving creators and ambassadors

Assist with guest list development, influencer attendance coordination, and on‑site logistics

Support event recaps, creator deliverable tracking, and post‑event reporting

Assist in brainstorming future partnerships, local collaborations, and creator‑led community initiatives

Track influencer campaign metrics, engagement performance, and creator ROI

Assist with campaign recaps and performance summaries

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Social Media, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Events teams

Support creator deliverables for social scheduling and campaign launches

Qualifications

Must be a current college student or recent graduate

Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred

Understanding of influencer marketing, UGC strategy, creator economy, and social media trends

Passion for coffee, wellness, lifestyle, and cultural marketing

Highly organized with strong research, communication, and project management skills

Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, and AI tools

Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

Written and verbal communication skills

Access to a laptop and a smartphone

Self‑starter mentality with strong attention to detail
