Job DetailsWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Growth Marketing & Customer Acquisition to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and evolve our digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing marketing campaigns, and increasing our brand presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, a proven track record of driving growth, and a deep understanding of customer acquisition strategies.Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and brand visibility across multiple locations and brands.2. Lead and manage SEO and SEM initiatives to drive qualified traffic and increase leads.3. Oversee the creation and implementation of paid advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with our growth objectives and improve ROAS.4. Utilize marketing analytics to track campaign performance, analyze customer behavior, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.5. Extensive knowledge and experience in the home services industry or a related field/trade.4. Demonstrated experience in leading and developing digital media planning.5. Proven success in directing digital marketing strategies designed to increase leads, improve ROAS, and drive customer acquisition across online channels including but not limited to SEM, paid ads, and website platforms.6. Proficient in marketing analytics and able to leverage data to make informed marketing decisions.7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.8.
