We are seeking an experienced Director of Brand and Digital Marketing to lead brand strategy, digital presence, and marketing execution across an established healthcare organization with multiple locations throughout Florida. This role ensures brand consistency, visibility, and compliance across all digital, social, print, and community facing platforms.
Healthcare marketing experience is required. Experience supporting a healthcare group or multi location organization is strongly preferred.

Role Overview:
This role owns the organization’s brand identity, digital footprint, content standards, and external marketing presence, ensuring high quality, compliant, and consistent representation across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead brand strategy, brand identity development, and rebranding initiatives

Build, manage, and optimize corporate websites with a focus on usability, SEO, and search visibility

Grow and manage social media platforms to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and consistency

Oversee online presence including Google search visibility, reputation management, and review optimization

Develop printed marketing materials including brochures, flyers, signage, and corporate collateral

Establish and enforce brand governance, including content standards, visual guidelines, and approved messaging

Train and guide facility teams on compliant content creation, including photography, video, lighting, sound quality, and appropriate usage

Provide clear guidance on what content is permitted, restricted, and prohibited in accordance with healthcare compliance requirements

Drive participation across facilities by creating content ideas, campaigns, and engagement initiatives

Ensure all marketing content and digital activity complies with HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare regulations

Monitor performance metrics related to web traffic, search visibility, and brand engagement

Partner with leadership to align brand and marketing initiatives with organizational goals

Qualifications:
Proven healthcare marketing experience required

Strong understanding of HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare compliance as it relates to marketing, content, and digital platforms

Experience working with healthcare groups or multi location organizations preferred

Hands on experience with photography, video content, and digital media quality standards

Demonstrated ability to build brand consistency through guidelines and training

Experience enabling non marketing teams to participate in content creation effectively

Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands on execution

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
