Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager
The Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager supports the Neighborhood Sales Manager by managing daily operations, customer interactions, and marketing materials for the assigned model home or sales office.

Responsibilities

Start the day between 9‑10 am in the model home or sales office.

Set up the sales office for success and greet prospects and appointment visitors.

Learn what is important to prospects in their home search and show available homes.

Maintain order by stocking brochure material and auditing sales and marketing materials, including the website.

Assist homebuyers throughout the buying process, answering questions about progress, loans, and more.

Coordinate with corporate marketing to announce upcoming events and neighborhood happenings to prospective buyers.

Submit listing information for homes on StanleyMartin.com and the MLS.

Contribute to a well‑presented neighborhood and provide high‑quality customer service while helping to reach neighborhood sales goals.
