Senior Strategist – Real Chemistry
Join our team as a Senior Strategist. In this hybrid role based in the US, you will gather critical data, develop evidence‑based strategies, and guide creative teams to produce inventive ideas.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee competitive audits and analysis.

Show deep command of the brand and its category.

Attend market research and provide key insights.

Create research and insight decks.

Help Strategy Director/Group Strategy Director with brand planning.

Assist with client workshops, oversee development of materials, and facilitate sections of the workshop and breakout groups.

Manage and mentor Strategists and Associate Strategists, helping them develop skills and complete work at the highest quality.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

2–3 years of experience in strategic management at integrated agencies.

Creative mind with ability to stimulate ideation across departments.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Leadership experience coaching and mentoring clients, staff, and teams.

Excellent problem‑solving abilities.

Strong command of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and understanding of when and how to apply them.

Compensation
Pay Range: $100,000–$110,000
